One of the best professors I have ever had. He doesnt care about your grade along the way, he wants you to learn the material. If you put forth effort and show him youre trying your best. You will always do fine in Dr Meyers courses.

Just cares about making money. He publishes his own books, the university buys his books off him, and pays him to teach the class. Not to mention the books do not get proof-read, there were tons of errors in the books. Some of the problems did not work out and there was no answer sheet to check answers. Expect to go to tutoring bc he won't help.

Does not clarify concepts, expects students to know what and how to look for things. Just gives problems without explaining the relationship clearly. Means well and is very intelligent, but will ridicule you for not immediately understanding what is going on in the problem. If you want to understand the general concepts take an intro class prior.

Took a class with Dr. Meyer because it was a mix of physics and WWII history. The first half of the class was mostly physics and chemistry based and was difficult. The second half was more history and was easy for me. Gives a quiz just about every class but they are on what he just lectured about. Attendance isn't mandatory which is nice. Good prof

This class was the hardest class of my life. Harder than any chem class and anatomy. He is so experienced with the material that he cannot explain it to people who haven't taken physics in years. He also makes you feel stupid if you don't understand the way he is teaching it. I don't recommend this class to anyone.

There are no words to describe how frustrating this "professor" is. Unless you are a natural at physics or have the impeccable ability to teach yourself, DO NOT TAKE A CLASS WITH THIS MAN. All he does is test you over things he doesn't bother to teach.

It's plain and simple, Dr. Meyer is the best professors at Baldwin-Wallace College. Without a doubt. You will not meet a man that enjoys what he is doing more, or genuinely cares about his students more than Dr. M

Meyer is awesome. Nice guy, good sense of humor. Makes physics quite interesting. Just show up everyday cause he gives quizzes almost every time and they are easy points cause they are always what you just went over in class. He makes fun of the annoying people who don't STFU which means I have even more respect for him. Smart man take this class.

This class was challenging but Meyer really knows his content. Lecture is fast paced and there are weekly tests and exams. He provides many opportunities for make up exams & is available during physics help sessions twice a week. As long as you know the concepts by the final, you'll be fine.

Ed is a great professor! He comes to every physics tutoring session and he'll personally help you with anything, but pushes you to figure it out on your own. This teaching method can be frustrating for anyone without solid math or chemistry skills, like me, but you eventually love the class. He keeps things interesting and hilarious regularly!

Loved this class. Very interesting man, and the material is great too. Very helpful and just an overall nice guy. He seems like he is one of the smartest people you will ever meet. If you get a chance, take Frontiers of Physics. Its much easier and better than taking two lab sciences

When I grow up, I want to be just like Meyer. He has such a quirky/interesting sense of humor that I just adore. His teaching methods are different, but they're good and will actually help you think much harder. even if you don't understand/care for the physics, you'll still get something very special from taking a class with him.

Very good teacher. Has a way of getting people to think. The goal of this class (Problem Solving in Business) was to get people to this "outside the box" which is what we did all class. Very good experience and highly recommended.

I definately think this is the smartest guy ever. He's great to take a class with - very very helpful! Wish I could have taken more classes with him - but it's kind of a problem when you wanna stare at your teacher more than your book.

Best teacher on campus. Make sure you take at least one class with him. He's a cool guy, laid back, great sense of humor...really motivates you to learn the material. Very challenging, but in the end, I can honestly say that it was all worth it. My favorite teacher at B-W.
