Ive had Prof. Karlik a few times, and she has ways gone above and beyond to help claify topics. The class is difficult but at the end of the day you need to expect that if youre enrolling in a NURSING program.

Prof. Karlik was extremely helpful to me throughout my time int he nursing program. She is always willing to make time for her students and clarify any misunderstandings that there may be. I have found her to be a very motivating and generous person.

good personality, adds interesting info to text and power point, wants students to do well. tests may be a surprise tho. she will not teach to her own test. therefore what's on her tests may be a surprise. always be thinking, what wd I, the nurse, do FIRST. HOW wd I do it? ask those questions constantly. will help you approach her tests.

I totally love professor Karlik, she is one of the sweetest persons you could ever meet. She has a passion for nursing and is very knowledgable about her subject. Professor Karlick is always available to help her students and gives great encouragement to her students.. Prof Karlik, I love you.. All the stuff I am reading on here is soooo not true

She loses her cool in class, thinks everybody is cheating, reads straight from the book and tries to be best buddies with everybody, then lets us all down when it counts. and she does cry in class!

She is a great teacher. She's fun to be around. I am really confused reading other people's assessments of her. She is super easy going and ezplains things so they are easy to understand. The tests are fair and she doesn't try to trick you. And just for the record, I have NEVER seen her even come close to crying, nor is she paranoid about cheaters.
