Not organized and a complete flake. She is scattered in her teaching as well as in her lectures. Do not ask for help because she gets flustered and talks in circles

Elaine was a very nice woman but as a professor she lacked. I think she attended 4 classes the whole semester and our T.A pretty much taught the class.I felt that much of the course was interesting however unless assigments were an issue. She would assign too many articles. I will not be taking another course with her if I can help it.

I can't even explain the degree of disorganization. She is just learning how to do power point lectures and struggles with even opening the program. WAY too many readings and pointless assignments. Her lectures carry on forever, and when she is asks questions about the material she re-asks them to the class and never actually answers them herself.

She enjoys group discussions of the material rather then just force feeding the material through lectures. If you can think on your own then you should have no problem with this teacher. She is very understanding and for the most part approachable.
