This is really on of the best professor's I've had. She does expect you to know some stuff, and this class can be very hard to follow if you don't read the book and go to lectures (even though the book is kinda crappy). Go to recitations before exams. Exams are hard, final is horrible. PSETs are LONG and hard. It's challenging, and I enjoyed it.

she his hilarious and loves chemistry! i had no problem understanding her accent. i also found her lectures to be clear, but not all did. there is a fair amount of work, but I found it all to be doable. will answer questions by email quickly. the only thing frustrating was she made so many errors on everything!

Her lectures are impossible to follow, and with the lab work, it's almost like taking two courses. She also feels the need to be as vague as possible in preparing for the tests- she basically says, KNOW EVERYTHING... some material may or may not be included on one or more of the exams, but don't count on it!

The professor doesn't always explain things clearly and sometimes seems lost when teaching. She shuffles through her notes and laughs things off when we point out numerous mistakes to her examples. She is willing to help thoug hand will put in extra time before tests to make sure her students understand the material.

This woman is wicked funny. However, the class absolutley sucks and the psets are graded really hard. The exams are manageable. Get a study group together with some smart kids and you'll be ok.

If you do the problem sets and the problems she assigns from the book, you're almost guaranteed an A. If you do well on the midterms, there's possibility for exemption from the final. I definitely don't feel bad about missing Morse.
