She'll talk about "her Ugandans" and their love for eggs, and you'll wonder if it's really happening. YES, her dishevelled appearance speaks volumes, so be careful when registration approaches.

EHopkins is a spaced out, pseudo academic. The topics in her Contemporary Crises in Africa are relevant and interesting but she makes them so abstract that its impossible to be engaged. Do not take a class with her.

I thought Professor Hopkins was wonderful! I truly enjoyed her class; I thought it was engaging and thought provoking. Our papers were relatively painless because she was so willing to help. I would definitely take another class with her.
