Professor Tilzer's hardware options were never well-prepared for her and it's not right that my classmates chose to criticize her when it isn't her job entirely to get things running. I found the curriculum a bit dashed, however she always stood by after class to clarify things. She's straight-laced and some didn't go well with that.

If you would like a professor who teaches as clearly as a brick wall Tilzer is for you. Expect to follow directions from various, expensive textbooks weekly and have tons of reading that no one can possibly do unless CIS is your only class. Every waking moment in this class sucks and makes you wonder why in the hell you even chose Pace.

tilzer is hmm..whats the word?? extremely rude. i don't think she notices it, but you may get offended by her a few times. i wouldn't recommend taking her. although, she lets you turn in assignments weeks later. sends you 100 freaking emails telling you your homework.

Uses powerpoint. Expects you to learn the material. Group grades. Very inconciderate. I love and am good at Computer Science and she failed me because we had to do a group presentation and my group never showed so she expected me to do all the work my own. Try and get a different teacher.

This class is an absolute waste. She is a total waste as a human being. You ask for help she tells you to go to the computer center. RUN do not walk to get out of this class.
