The majority posted negative comments here but I'll tell ya... the man is brilliant. It's a tough class to begin with; many judges have a hard time with hearsay. You cannot rely on casebriefs in his class. No shortcuts... you hto do the work. Just go to class, ignore the eccentrism, and really listen to him. You might just learn something usef

I have no idea how this guy cashes his paychecks w a straight face. I was really looking forward to evidence, but this guy is so useless, I cant describe. Product of tenure. plz retire already. cooley has more money than God-enough to hire a better prof than this guy.

This dude is old and a little nuts, but he knows ALOT about evidence. I don't know if he's better or worse than the other profs, but I know that the people who don't like him ... are the same people who don't like reading, and thinking, and knowing things.

Some how I received a C- in this class and kickass with evidence in practice... This guy drafts evidence questions for the California bar. This guy is a wealth of knowledge and a little nuts. It would be nice if his exams made some sense because I did learn evidence!

Not a very good professor at all, and honestly probably the worst professor at Cooley. He is very hard to understand and is not good at explaining the material. He is also a tough grader, and gave 65% of my class a c- or worse. Avoid taking this professor!

Quite possibly the worst that Cooley has to offer. He is incompetent to the point of being dangerous. When you're in his class, it's like being taught by Yoda -- but without any of Yoda's wisdom.

Make you life easier and take anyone else but this man. Glicksman was by far the worst professor I ever had. I never teacher shopped but after this man I am now very aware of who my profs are before I enroll in a class. I did not even know how to answer some of his essay questions. On a positive note he does give good grades, only failed 1 person.

Ok, so Glicksman will remind you of Mr. Burns, but here's the secret. LISTEN TO THE MAN! Students get caught up in learning the Code, but not learning how to apply it. Read the rules, but then go to class and VERY CAREFULLY listens to how he applys the rule... class will be much easier!

Probably the worst teacher in America, at any school and any level. You will have such hard feelings against the school after his class that you won't consider ever donating to it. If Cooley was serious about its bar passage rate, they would have gotten rid of this guy.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! As a product of tenure, this man should've been fired decades ago, yet he sticks around like the stench in Gary, In. If you have the displeasure of having Glick, make sure to invest in supplements and read them during class time, thus avoiding his terrible letures and studying for the toughest exam ever created. GOODLUCK!!!!

The exam was nefarious, evil! His lectures have no value, just teach yourself the rules and know them backwards and forwards. Too smart to be a law professor, no one can wrap their head around his teachings. He will let know from day one that he thinks your'e an idiot by never calling on you, but is that a bad thing?
