I took his microeconomics course and enjoyed it so much several fellow students and I took his macro course the next semester. If you give him respect and hard work he will return it ten fold. As long as you act like an adult you will be able to appreciate his teaching. I only got a B+ because I chose not to do the homework but he is a great man!

Pretty straight forward. Doesn't baby you, expects you to act like an adult. Tests and quizzes are from the book. If you aren't paying attention in class he will put you on the spot. He goes around and individually helps students with in-class work. Gives real life examples when explaining topics. If you're immature and/or lazy, you won't like him.

lecture is verbatim from text,doesn't deviate one bit. homework assignments are in Aplia website, which he says he doesn't control. After 34 assignments completed in Aplia and over 50 hours logged in on the computer, at the end of the semester he decides to turn a "blind eye" on the Aplia homework.Thanks for the waste of my time.

This guy is the worst teacher I have ever had. By far. He gives a ridiculous amount of homework, requires an oral presentation/term paper and basically reads the textbook to you. I am an A/A- student and I just couldn't take him anymore. I dropped the class. Stay away. Far away.

I've taken both Micro and Micro with him. He really does go strictly by the textbook, so if you are prepared there is absolutely no problem at all! He is also very willing to help students after class if they have trouble. I've enjoyed his classes a lot and would definitely recommend him as long as you are interested and willing to make an effort!

Mr. Cadet is a very nice man, but a lousy teacher. He reads from the text but doesn't explain anything. All his tests are computer generated and he's not open to different points of view. He ruined my 4.0, and I LIKE economics.

I think he's a great teacher. He is not easy, but you don't go to college to get spoon-fed! I find his classes interesting and iformative. I can understand him fine(both in terms of his accent and how he makes his point).I would recommend him to anyone who is not afraid to think and wants to learn
