1. Easy A 2. Don't get the textbook, you don't need it 3. Midterm and final are short in-class essays about your opinion about a movie/'s you watched in class 4. Try to get him to remember your name and talk to him about getting your A, and you will get an A

never takes attendace, there;s like 5 tests "midterms" during the whole semester, doesnt even bother to remember any body's name, if you can get him to remember yours youll probably pass with an A for sure, I rented the book and just showed up every now and then to make sure I was getting it right and you get a 3x5 index card for notes during test

He rambles on about nothing which gets annoying and extremely boring at times, but that's about his only flaw. You can buy the text book ant edition, so I only paid $7 online! There are only 3 very small tests and a midterm, the first test was literally 7 questions. Easy A if you know what your doing. You get a 3x5 card for every test too!

Albeit, the professor is highly educated, in many fields of study, he lacks interest in the profession of teaching. He speaks rapidly and "rabbit trails" throughout the entire class session. If you are a student who can work independently, with the text, and you are highly motivated, an A can be earned. I do not recommend this professor.

Super easy.No attendance taken, no homework whatsoever. Can use notecards on every single test.He goes over the same things for weeks on end, could probably attend only 2 or 3 classes before test and get an A.Most skip, so he knows who attends, so that might help a lot when it comes to final grade.

Really wants you to pass. Logic is very difficult for people to wrap their heads around but Smith makes it absolutely idiot-proof by putting it into plain english, going over things repeatedly until most everyone understands, and making the tests as easy as possible. No attendance, but his lectures make Logic easy so you'd best be there everyday.

Took his 8 week class, and it was a breeze.. He gave 8 agree/diagree test 5-10 statement... Let you use your book so it made it easier... You could read your book if you want to, but he do a whole review on it the next day,so people could understand it.. Great teacher.. Highly recommended..

This guy is almost too nice. He made the tests as easy as possible for everyone to get an A. He never took attendance, which I felt bad sometimes cause ppl would only show up the day of the tests. I can't say that I learned much, phil just isn't my subject, but it was def easy.

Professor Smith is an excellent teacher. Philosophy is hard subject to teach and he makes it as easy as possible by going over reading during class and breaking it down. If you attend his classes on a regular basis and keep up with the readings, you should have not problem passing with a good grade! If you want a good teacher, take Prof. Smith!
