Absolutely terrible professor. Material was completely self-taught. He would start class 10 minutes late, leave 20 minutes early, and skip units all over the place. Then give us idiotic quizzes that we were in no way prepared to handle, and call everything "trivial" when we would score an average of 2/10. Truly awful teacher. Avoid him.

This guy is really really bad. Please avoid him. You will learn nothing and he really is one of the worst professors I have ever come across. Its truly a sad state of affairs that Lehigh University allows this 'man' to attempt to teach. He is out of touch, old, and a complete and utter disgrace to a leading American academic institution. Shameful.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST PROFESSOR IN MY ACADEMIC CAREER. He refused to collect hw because he didn't get a TA to grade it. After the first test, the average was a 1/30 and he threw a tantrum in class and called us the dumbest students he has seen in 25 years. To pass, I just went to his office and joked around to get on his good side and it worked.

V is a for real genious, however he is the worst teacher i personally have ever encountered. if you're not a girl, or on his good side, he will be of no use whatsoever, unless of course you enjoy his humor, which is ridiculing students who hand in lousy quizzes in front of the whole class. falsely, accused students of cheating

He admittedly gave an A to a student who was in another state for most of the semester and never attended class or did work. He described his grading policy as pulling grades out of a straw hat, and I agree with the description. If you want to learn, don’t take his class. However, you are guaranteed at least a C-. Also, horrible body odor.

I most always went to class to see this character in action.You never knew what he would do or say next with his devil-may-care attitude. He is extremely intelligent, but rarely intellible. Seemed to have little respect for the curriculum of the course.
