Had him for Math 321 and Stat 437. Very nice guy joked around with him a lot but hard not a very good teacher. He is great though when he gives out grades almost nobody fails which is very nice. Honestly, I will miss him.

He's pretty horrible at explaining stuff. No doubts that he's super smart but he can NOT teach. Unless you have learned the material before somewhere outside of class, you will not understand anything! The stories are OK... i wonder how many of them are actually true tho!!?! Overall, he alrite but if you have a choice go with ELSABROUTY!!!

Graf prof. Classical goof off. Out of a 50min lecture, 15 mins are devoted to stories...every lecture too :D. Real helpful in class. Midterm was real easy, and he bends the marks so that you will NOT fail. Makes the stuff we cover easier to understand then it really easy. I recommend this prof for this class.

Fun guy to listen to. Teaches smart kids well, but not average or dumb kids.

He is an ok professor. But definately attend lectures for the stories. I've seen people go just for the stories then leave.

Awesome stories. At least 10 mins of every 50 min class was devoted to his travelling adventures. Great for entertainment... not so great for learning... But exam questions were taken directly from lecture material which was great.

Excellent stories. The course is easy in itself, but if you need good notes, buy the ESS package. Just make sure you attend the lectures, if only for the stories.

Nice guy, interesting stories, test difficulty reasonable, fair marker, but notes taken in lecture are useless. Get a hold of Stallard's notes if you can.
