Strange Man! Definitely missing some marbles. If you enjoy spending hours upon hours doing frequent assignments, than this is the calss for you! LOTS of work. He's really bad at explaining, no one ever knew what the hell we were suppose to be doing. Also, there are lots of expensive materials, half of which you never even use. don't need the book

Great guy, hillarious. Specific weakness for German chocolate cake ;) Some expensive materials, plenty of homework to keep you busy, but you can do it in class. Just don't take the full 6 hour class in one whole day, especially a friday......

Prepare to work in this class. He's a nice man and has a ton of knowledge. I think I could have learned more in this class had there been more time to do things well, rather than just getting them done because of the crazy pace. Don't take any other studio courses with this class,you'll go nuts! I've had many sleepless nights due to this class.

If design is your major, you will unfortunately be suffering through this class, even if you've never taken up design. Ernest will expect you to do PERFECTLY well on all assignments and thus is very unreasonable in grading. Also, he has no respect for the electronic media world. A very strange man!

He is very nice but grades unfairly and he expects too much at the beginning of the semester. I don't think he takes into consideration that this is the first drawing class that some people have ever taken. I couldn't wait for the class to be over.
