For a Com 103 this class is not easy. Some topics are interesting, but depending on what you're learning, she tries to cram every single information in one day. It's overwhelming and the irony is she is an Interpersonal Com Professor. If you want do a take home essay exam WITH an in class exam (86 questions), by all means go for it.

Took her interpersonal com class. So much work. Way too much work for an 100 level class.She teaches straight from the textbook and gives long tests. She expects way too much out of students in an 100 level class and is not very understanding

Her interpersonal communication class is useless. The students never have a chance to speak. You would think that a class about interpersonal com. would involve some speaking. Also, there is no critical thinking involved at all; she is not interested in discussion. She just wants to present info straight from the textbook.

Public Speaking with this woman is a nightmare. The ridiulous outline requirements for each speech don't make any sense, and are graded so harshly that no one can be expected to succeed. Also, she made us buy the unbound version of the textbook "to save the bookstore money" not realizing that we are now unable to sell back this 90 dollar book.

She thinks students are only enrolled in HER class, as her ridiculous workload shows. As a 100-series, intro-to-the-major course, this was WAY too involved & a lot of it was completely unnecessary. Treated us like 5-year-olds & didn't listen to what we had to say. And 50 sources needed for her group project assignment was absurd. Glad it's over!!!!

The class was interesting even though she solely taught from a Powerpoint. Everything we learned came straight from the book, so class attendance was hardly necessary. Her tests were LONG and somewhat difficult.
