Professor Schleter is an awesome professor, the guy knows his stuff. My suggestion to you is this. If you haven't taken a math class in like 3 years, I would suggest you take MTH93 and MTH94 first and then take MTH 120. There were allot of people in my class who hadn't had math in several years and seemed to struggle. But Schleter is very helpful.

Mr. Schelter is an excellent professor but he expects a lot. He makes himself very available is is always willing to stay after to help. If you go in expecting to give 100% you will do well.

Schleter knows his stuff, but is very old school. Does problems by hand on the board until you wanna pull your hair out from being so confused, only to tell you after that we do it all in the calculator. All lectures straight from reused power points that aren't very explanatory. Good guy, just not type of teacher.

If you're going to take a Math class at RVC take Mr. Schleter. All of the homework is online and he let's you take it as many times as you want in order to get a good grade. He provides you with a packet of all of the slideshows so please don't spend $200 on the book. He does get off base at times but stick with him! Great teacher!

He likes to go fast& you may need to stop him to expain it over. He will give you extra credit& if you need help he will help you in math-lab& his office hours. If you are concern about your grade,not let time pass & tell him. He will make to a deal with you to help you pass. In class if you count a certain amount of erros he does he will buy pizza

Everett Schleter is, by far, the best math professor I've ever had on any level of study. He is patient, willing to go back over things repeatedly until everyone 'gets it'. Also is VERY willing to schedule time with you for extra help if needed. Short of doing the work for you, he does everything he can to ensure his students' success.

Elements of statistics. Homework was online, and was allowed to be done repeatedly until perfect score achieved. Review card for test. Lectures were clear. He is clear on expectations. He is clear on everything. This is the man you want to fulfill your requirement with. I picked him b/c of this site, and I re-affirm the recommendation.

Wonderful teacher. Very helpful. Tries to make class fun. Loves word problems. Uses MyMath Lab for homework. Tests make up 75% of your grade. But, he does his best to make sure you know the material. He doesn't like to use study guides, but isn't a closed book on it either. He loves math and is there for his students. I would recommend him to anyon

Great teacher, very down to earth. He is retired and is teaching math because he enjoys it- that in itself shows he is here for the students benefit and not his own :) Study guides for the test are basically going back through the chapters , he doesn't let you know what's on the tests, however, most tests are multiple choice!! :) great teacher

Class was very easy. Teacher wasn't very good at all, he had no idea what was going on and when he explained things he got confused and talked to himself. The class is easy to get an A since all the work is done online. Lets you use note card for all tests. I would recommend if you don't need much help.

Had him for Intro Statistics. OMG, I was so intimidated by this class, but he was amazing. I am not much for math, but he was extremely dedicated to his students' success, it was hard not to succeed. Gave out his cell # for questions! He is a what a teacher should be: enthusiastic, dedicated, sincere, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!
