didn't take this class for a faculty or anything just wanted to improve my general knowledge. i also enjoy learning about economics so learning about the province i live in was a plus and made it alot easier to be interested in. didn't study lots or anything but kept up w the class and am now about to write my final with a 97%. see you soon A+

A decent professor. One of the friendliest I have ever had. Very kind during his office hours and in class. However, lectures are quite dry and it's hard to stay focused on the material. He is a fair marker and this class doesn't require much studying. Overall I recommend this course and him as a professor.

Baragar is a good teacher overall. Don't expect anything exciting though. He speaks in a monotone voice but he does know the material that he teaches and is willing to help you if you seek it out.

Great teacher, is very knowledgeable with economics and it is clearly a passion of his, which he passes on to others. Really enjoyed his class, easy to listen to, great lectures, lots of interesting information, highly recommend!

ok prof i guess.. i had him for political economy 2 (i think) back in '03??? anyway, i rememeber him being very monotone. i cannot say anything bad about him, however, on Tue/Thur 8:00am classes.... good luck staying awake.
