He's a pretty good professor. It's all lectures and reading out of the textbook. He curves the tests, more so if people do badly. He says hes never failed anyone so you don't have to worry about that. He gets mad when people don't do the readings so make sure you have some grasp of whats going on. Grade based on attendance and 3 tests. Must show up

As mentioned by others, the class is really easy if you read the book. The tests are based on the court cases in the book. His class is mad chill and his tests aren't difficult. If you pay attention when he's talking in class, there's no way you can't do at least descent on his exams.

Hes a really nice guy, but sometimes a confusing teacher. As long as you read the textbook, you will pass the class. He takes attendance, but you can easily pass without showing up to class. If you read, you will pass.

He gave my class 2 exams and the final which wasn't cumulative. No HW, just 3 exams. He overall wants everyone to do good. I got an A because I read the book and took notes during his class. He lectures from the textbook, which is a workbook, and is helpful for the tests. Put in effort & go to class, you'll get an A

He said our class had the worst first test performance ever :/ he is sometimes unclear and people are afraid to ask questions, hes funny and practical but the class itself is self taught. You get no help (no study guides) you wont know whats on the test till the day of

Make sure you read the expensive book because he get pissed off if no one in the class reads. Overall a cool guy unless you get on his bad side, and in that case the class can be brutal. Test aren't easy but if you read the book you can get by.

He is really down to earth, there to help you not hurt you. If you take notes in class and read the text book, its an easy A. He gives bonus questions on the test and they are usually broad so if you read you will know the answer. He understanding, easy to talk to. Very knowledgable. HE ROCKS!
