The worst part about this class is that the only writing he ever sees (corrects) is your final paper. Do not take this course if you are attempting to become a better writer. How is peer editing useful when most of my peers aren't writers or even care about the class in the first place. poor class structure. Classic useless PCC class. AVOID

Does not respond to emails, ever! Talking to him in class about the status of your grade can be a joke. Lots of busy work and on-time attendance mandatory. Peer editing was useless, final paper was the only copy reviewed by instructor. Little in-class writing help.. after peer editing my classmate (and I) could have used. Not recommended

A discouraging teacher, he told us everything we would write would be "crap". He almost made one of the students cry. An irresponsible teacher, he never returns emails or seems to show for his "office hours". This is such a shame because I believe he is talented and could offer so much more professionally. His heart was not in it at all.

Comments below don't describe the person I took my technical writing class from. I like my instructors on the snarky side but this guy was a little over the top on some days. Reminds me of Cenk Uygur. Other than that he covers all the material in a relatable, practical way. Good instructor overall but he seems a bit burned out.
