FYS is the most pointless class and we did nothing in class ever. yet we had about 5 different things we had to do constantly outside of class. so many assignments that didnt relate to anything. a waste of time and money i could have been taking something that wouldve given me real units. a joke! and he is incredibly rude and not helpful. hated it

Frank has been my favorite prof @ CSUMB since I started in Fall 01. I call him a CSUMB grandpa. I still use him for every reference for any job. He's the type who just wants to see you succeed in everything you do.I was out to breakfast with my friend & he saw us & picked up the tab secretly so when we went to payhe had already paid! SUPER! A+++

Frank is very easy...but VERY BORING too. I pay a lot of money to come to college and his class is a joke. I feel like I'm in second grade. At the beginning of the semester he taught us how to properly shake hands (eye contact ya'll). LOL

Ok, this is one of the coolest professors I have had at CSUMB. He is very easy but not the most organized person. He likes to talk about the Latin culture, so talk to him about your spanish experiences. He is cool. Just clarify due dates.
