He is by far my favorite professor at Lehigh. He made learning truly fun, and he is incredibly fair at grading. He expects you to put in the work, and if you do, the class should be easy. He is fun, and makes a fun learning environment.

One of the best professors I have ever had! Very helpful and easy to talk to! Really cares about all his students and wants you to succeed. As long as you take notes and are engaged in lecture, exams are fine. Made 8am class worth going to and interesting.

Frank is a good guy overall. The class is straight forward and he tells you everything you need to know upfront. Do well on the midterms and homeworkprojects because the midterm is very hard. He feeds you and takes you to some pretty cool places too.

Great Guy, Great Professor, HORRIBLE exams!! The course load is very do-able but unless your take the most detailed notes in lecture, you will fail the exams. Take this course but really study for exams!

Great guy, made an incredibly boring class almost semi-interesting. A pleasure to listen to even at 8am. Problems with his class include complete reliance on lecture notes. If you aren't an amazing note taker, preparing for tests will be challenging. Not clear about deliverables for labs or hw.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT! I had frank at 8am and wouldn't you know i literally could not fall asleep. he's funny and engaging, and makes sediments enjoyable. Go to any review sessions he offers before an exam, they're extremely helpful.
