Professor Thomas is a great guy and knows everything about Tax. His class was enjoyable and I learned more than I have in other class. Get ready to do HW for about 10 hours a week and study your heart out for his exams. His class is hard but if you put your mind to it, it comes easy. Definitely take Prof Thomas if thinking about a career in tax.

Professor Thomas is one of the best profs I have taken at Stockton. Tax I is a very difficult subject but Professor Thomas makes it understandable. He is willing to take the time to help if you do not understand something. The homework assignments are not collected, rather just gone over in class. Exams are open book. He really is fantastic.

Prof.Thomas is knowledgeable about accounting & taxes, but this class was difficult.The book is pricey but you’ll definitely need & use it.It’s better to be marked absent instead of late.Never collects hw but goes over it in class.Tests are MC with problems & he curves them.You do 1 assigned research problem from the book.Gives a few extra credits.

Thomas's class is nothing easy and you will get hit with a ton of reading and some monster tests. However, he is very intelligent and can teach you more about taxes than I would assume most others can. If you just stick with it and do a good portion of the reading you will be fine because of the double curves (on both tests and the final grade).

He's a difficut professor but very fair. I got straight A in his class and also am a 4.0 GPA senior. It is not very hard if you know how to study. Pay attention to the structure of the test and adjust your study habits. He is very helpful also.

This class covered 15 chapters in the textbook. Homework problems for each chapter that were never collected. 2 tests + final exam, all multiple choice. We had a portfolio project, analysis project, & a powerpoint based on 1 of his parables. Yes he picks on people but so what.Do the hw, study for the tests, do well on the projects, & you will pass.

Professor Thomas is neither easy nor difficult. If you were a good student and behave appropriately, he became such a great mentor. Taking his class, you definitely have to work hard. Getting an A in his class is even harder. But if you could get an A, you know you are one of the very best students. Absolutely have to show up on time.

Extremely hard teacher! be prepared to take the majority of your time towards this class otherwise you will do awful. theres 3 tests, to all of which were very difficult, theres homework due mostly every class and he calls on students to answer. Its very stressful but you do learn so much and he is a nice guy once you get to know him lol.

He takes attendance. DO NOT SHOW UP TO CLASS LATE OR LEAVE EARLY, he hates that. Don't even try to go to the bathroom! This class was so harddd! Tests are hardddd! Overall even though I busted my butt, I recieved a C and learned a lot. He owns his own financial planning firm so he knows his stuff.Just be respectable and show him that you care!

Tough.Goes around and picks on students.Very Fair professor. Received a D&2Fs on exams never withdrew and left with C as final grade. Have perfect attendance and do the homework/aplia. If you take him and afraid you're going to fail, don't drop out and just see what happens.

By far one of the toughest professors at Stockton, also one of the most knowledgeable professors in the Acct/Finance Department. Frank does a great job teaching a very difficult subject matter. Very willing to help students during office hours. Open book tests... homework is a requirement or you will be completely lost. Overall just a great guy
