He is a great professor. Fair and a reasonable amount of work. He really knows his content and was filled with useful information. The class was fair and he graded us very fairly. If you do the work, you will get a great grade. Excellent teacher very highly recommended.

At first take, I really thought he was just another typical NJCU professor, but after having sat through almost the entire semester I have a new found respect for not only his teaching method but his wealth of knowledge. I felt that I truly received an edcuation in this course, and only wish my classmates were as insightful as the professor.

Dr. Votto is has a wealth of knowledge on running a school. Provides practical examples from his experience as a principal and superintendent. Requires a reasonable amount of work. By far the best professor I've had in the Ed Leadership program.

Comment:
The best of both worlds: 1) EXTREMELY informative about what matters in the real world, and 2) reasonably easy with a couple of 1 page papers, 1 presentation/paper and a take-home final exam. As a former high school principal, k-12 superintendent and even county college administrator, he is a walking enclyclopedia in educaitonal admin.

Dr. Votto, teaches ANYTHING and everything WELL!!! The Man is absolutely BRILLIANT! The University needs to have more teachers like him. He makes the entire department look good!!!
