omg what an awful professor. His class was very unfair, b/c most of what he expected you to know was not in the textbook, and therefore if you didn't get from his notes or him explaining it to you, you were screwed. It's not like bio 112 where there was an actual time to go wesbrook and get help from TAs. DONT TAKE HIM, ESP AT 8 AM

This is a prof I would love to sit down and have a beer with and hear some crazy stories of his younger years in the Hawaiian jungles. BUT he isnt the best prof. Brutal notes, literally all over the place. exams were tough, you have to know genetics problems to have a chance. hes funny as hell for 8am but this ws not easy.

I LOVE HIM! It's true that he wasted a class talking about things that were not gonna be on the exam the day before the final, and sometimes doesnt make sense, he is very willing to help if you ask and lectures are informant and amusing. he's such a generous marker and exams are very easy (straight from lectures & practise exams). TIP: TAKE NOTES.

Very dull during the early mornings, added with his messy notes and his monotones will just make your day! However, if you approach him and asks questions, he will be more than willing to help with unclarity. However, his notes are extremely out of place and takes a lot of deep breathes during his lectures. Definitly lovesplants,and loves odd jokes

This man is so akward and adorable. I love him! You need to read the textbook. And you need to pay attention in class because he sometimes uses specific examples on the exams. If you go to him for help before the exam, he will tell you exactly how to do some of the questions that will be on the test. Great course....and I HATE science.

He has a very monotone voice and it is difficult to think what he will test on the exams. If you go to class and just listen, he asks questions on the finals referring to many of his in class examples. It is also important to go to class because he only tested on what he discussed in class, which was less than the assigned reading that was given.

(1) Questions on exams are confusingly worded. (2) No lecture notes to supplement. (3) Rambles on in lecture about his cats (4) Refers everything to genetic-mathy questions. (5) Hasn't taught the class in 6 years and doesn't even really use the textbook. (7) writes fragments of what he says in class so you'll have to write as much as you can from w
