Class starts out boring and easy, but gets more challenging and interesting near the end when you have some major projects to do. All assignments were take-home. If you have a basic knowledge of MS Excel you should be fine. Sometimes the examples in the book are vague, but Dr Rassel is helpful.

class was a complete waste of my time.It was pointless to have a book he skipped around and never knew where he was.The tests were hard as mess,he did give out study guides but they were very in depth questions that took you a page each to answer,no way you could remember anything on it

Overall he is a good teacher, yes like everyone says, his is VERY boring but if you pay attention and take notes plus study REALLY hard for the tests you will do fine. He does let class out early and his exams, I have heard, are easier then the other poli sci professor's exams. Boring but very smart
