Comment:

Bederman is horrible. She doesn't make clear her expectations and then faults you for not meeting them. She'll shred your paper if she doesn't like your writing style and doesn't offer helpful tips to improve. Avoid at all costs.

Comment:

Prof. Bederman was one of my all time favorites. She is very knowledgable and interesting to listen to. She can be a little disorganized sometimes, but that usually resulted in classes that were more enjoyable.There is a lot of reading, but it was ok to fall a little behind and easy to catch up. She is also very approachable and understanding.

Comment:

Yes, Prof Biederman is kookie and just a little more than slightly crazy, but she is also an amazing profesor. She cares about every one of her students and her knowledge of the subjects is unbeatable. She does expect you to work though and that may turn some off. If you want a great prof who is not afraid to speak her mind, she is the one.
