I have graduated and gone to law school. i had him my first year in college. he is the worst teacher i ever had and i still havent forgotten it. hes completely unfair and does not keep office appointments. if you turn something in on time nad someone else turns it in a month late, they get no grade reduction.

Not a bad class or a bad teacher. If you do the journal writings for every class and just turn in the papers on time you can easily get an A or B. Class is quite boring and yes there is some awkward silence. If you are just trying to get english over with I would take this guy.

As a teacher, pretty quiet. His methods require you to challenge yourself, and all the people who don't want to learn make it hard for those who do to function. Also, the last rater shouldn't be trashing a college prof. (how did he/she get to college?) publicly unless he/she can spell. It makes the rater look STUPID!!

Yea you can do his homework (which is stupid, easy, pointless... umm did i miss anything?) in class. The whole akwd silince-while he waits for student input-thing is hilarius. Not neccesarily an easy class though because hes so vauge. Hard class to go to. Overall hes a nice guy, but a %&@*#$ teacher.

He's a nice prof, a bit quiet. You really have to listen to him--not just be in it to listen to yourself to get something out of the class. A real poet.I actually enjoyed the class-I'm super serious about writing, and so is he. Some students in the class for an easy grade makes it hard for others.

Seriously...do not take this class. I thought it would be fine taking him b/c everyone said he was easy but trust me. It's not worth the class. You actually learn nothing! And he just repeats and agrees with everything that you say. I got a B+ just because i had absolutely no motivation to try.

easy class. do the homework (which is easy) and the papers and you'll get an A. he's a nice guy, but the class is rediculously boring. dont take this unless you want an easy grade...or you are contemplating suicide. and if you have to take it, DO NOT take it at 8am or it will be killer.

Pretty boring class, but what do you expect. If he asks for people's opinions on a poem or something, he'll wait until someone speaks up: a silence which can get really, really akward. He's pretty understanding and seems like a nice guy. I couldn't tell you if he's taught me anything.

He's a tool, talks like an idiot. Pretty easy, extremely boring but you can get other work done in his class including his while he's teaching and talking in circles. you dont have to pay alot of attention to whats going on. dont ever expect to leave early

A nice guy...tries to be funny. I know he tries, but man is he boring. The readings are horrible. He could pick better stories Says "umm" or "Uh" about 300-350 times a class. The only thing I really learned is the room has 61 tiles, 6 lights, and 4 vents...oh and I can hold my breath for 109 sec.

Oh man, he is so boring! But, definetly an easy teacher and is not too demanding. Homework everynight really sucks, but he doesn't even look at it I don't think. Take him for an easy class, but be prepared to want to pull your hair out in class.

Really nice professor, not too harsh with grading, although sometimes can be a little random with his grading scheme. Overall, pretty easy class. Can be boring, but I ALWAYS filled class time by doing the previous class' homework assignment :)

This is a great professor for non-English majors. He is very helpful and doesn't grade hard on essays. The class is very laid back and easy. Just do your assignments and the 4 major essays and you'll do great! :-)
