Not much needs to be said about ole Baker. Best and most caring professor Ive had so far in college. Hes getting up there in age so make sure you take him as soon as you can before he retires. I actually took him twice and adjusted my entire schedule around just to make sure I took his class.

Baker is overall a really kind professor. He emphasizes conversation in class, so be prepared for that. But he gets conversation flowing, and it just a really laid back guy, easy to find after or before class, and just made a basic gen ed class very enjoyable.

For a gen ed course, it's a real blessing to have Baker as my Comp 1 professor. Super easy to talk to, nice guy, and he tries his best to make the class enjoyable. If I could take his class for Comp 2, I most definitely would.

Baker is the best professor I had. had him for English two and got an A without stressing out at all. couple essays and notebook weekly where you summarize an article. He is super friendly and class is boring, but worth it if you want an easy A. You don't even have to be good at writing papers and I promise you, your writing will improve with him.

Nicest teacher I have ever had, very kind and easy to talk to. Assignments were fairly easy but fun since he gave assignments with room for creativity. Best teacher I've had at the school.

Attending class is almost terrible because we never really do anything but attendance is mandatory. Class was incredibly easy, if you do it and keep up with the workload you will get an A!

Great teacher. He is very helpful. I had him for both English Comp 1 and 2. He takes attendance pretty much everyday, but in the end he will give you extra points if you were there. As long as you do the work easy A. He is very helpful anf easy to talk to.

Great Teacher! Made cared about every student and tried to get to know everyone personally. I wish I could have taken him again for 112 but my schedule conflicts. If you do you work you will most likely get an A.

Mr. Baker is friendly & always willing to help outside of class. He requires less formal essays than most Eng Comp I teachers (5 total). He gets off topic often, but he cares about what he is doing & takes time each day to make sure everyone is ok. He gives very frequent reminders which is nice!

He is always there for his students and will work really endlessly to help them succeed. I was having trouble with the final big paper; thus, he agreed to meet with me so we could work together to help me make the paper better. He is really helpful and gives great advice.
