Made it clear that he did not care who passed tests or not. Reminded class of his tenure (often wondered if these comments were to keep us from complaining about him) Taught with monotone. Often uses double-aundondras. Gave 3 tests. Class ended with much less students than it began. Needed the class but was new to the school and wished I was warned

Eh, Brey's confusing and makes Am. Gov. more than boring. His tone is monotonous and drives people insane. As the semester goes on, you'll start to see less and less people attending his class--mostly from boredom. Tests are extremely difficult, and rarely come from his notes OR the book. Good luck.

Made us buy a $90 book and none of the test questions came from it. Also puts tons of reading material reserve, none of which is necessary. 97% of the time, he is as boring as sin, but once in a while he comes up with something amusing. Forget the books, but pay attention in lecture and you should get at least a B.

boreing as ****. basically reads from his notes the whole time. If u have this class at an early time ull never stay awake. doesn't ask questions in class, doesn't answer questoin very well. overall if you can find a defferent teacher for this course, then do. if not, read the book on ur own time cause it will clear up alot that he says.

Most boring professor ever! Can never let a student be right. Starts a sentence then paces to the other side of the room to finish it. Very hard to stay awake in this class. Goes off on rambles about things that don't even apply to what he was talking about before.
