I enjoyed the course. Be sure to turn in all assignments on time if you want to get credit on them, otherwise its a zero on the assignment. The assignments were great! Very interesting and fun at the same time. You'll do a lot of writing but hey that's what we're here for right? If you do the work & give 100% there's no reason you won't get an A.

I had an overall good experience with Prof. Kuhn. To get an A, you have to read the instructions and write posts following them to a T. More is also better. The tests were reasonable, but a few repeated questions and a few tricky ones. The material is dry; you probably won't remember it afterwards, but if you follow directions COMM217's ok

Gary is not clear on what he is expecting. Nor a clear communicator. If you put in the work, thats great. But, be prepared to also do his part. I am meaning grading.. He does not do weekly grades, you have to keep track of your own grade by comparing it to a class total. So it is very difficult to know if you are not meeting his expectation.

Great course, with demands of a college class. Online is not easy if you don't adhere to stringent deadlines. If willing to stay dedicated, this is a great class and great professor.

This class isn't for me. I don't like that he makes us do an online chat room with the class. it's annoying listening to other students rant about their lives at a high speed pace. Not too thrilled about his attention to your details either. It seems like he just shells out generic responses. He sounds like he'd be better in a classroom setting.

Came to class late or just on time every day. Basically do your work and turn it in on time and you will do fine. Wasn't very lenient on late work, which was fine, but he wouldn't tell you my grade until the end of the course, and wasn't very quick or helpful in his response to emails.

Lot of work for a 1 credit class. Not sure if its teacher or blackboard but online navigation for this class is extremely confusing! Missing assignments because of confusion (why multiple assignments due weekly for ONE credit?) We'll see how resume looks at end of the term.

Took his online resume class and the outline was confusing. He didnt grade until the very end. No feed back along the way. It was hard to know if you were doing things right. DONT TAKE THIS CLASS from him. I did thinking it would be an easy A. all I got was a confusing C.

Took online course because of my busy work/family schedule. Instructor had mandatory chat sessions, he didn't tell you but 2 days prior. When people mentioned in discussion they had other classes at that time, he told them chat session was MANDATORY and advised them to miss their other class. No chance for make up. Very disappointing online class!

I heard about Gary and thought this class would be hard. It was a three credit class and was AWESOME. The class had weekly assignments and one powerpoint presentation. He was clear and fun. I would recommend this class for anyone. I thought I would barely pass this class but received a high grade.
