Not a very exciting class, read the text book and hand outs. This course requires a lot of learning on your own if not familiar with material. Tends to favor students so make sure you're on his good side: no perfume keep cellphone off and answer questions. helpful hint:the first person to class gets bonus points.

Hope you like feeling like you're in 8th grade again. This guy has serious isssues. WAY too structured, more bland than cafe food, and about as boring as wheat toast. If you take his class, turn your cell phone to loud, and pour on the perfume, he likes that kinda thing!

Monotone voice, does not communicate well, terrible teaching style. Not to mention has no sympathy for any emergency you may have. Rude and will not budge for anyone. You can tell he has tought this class for years and his style has not changed since, avoid Mr. Mahan.

Very demanding teacher who will not budge under any cirumstances. Has taught the SAME class in the SAME way for like 50 years and DOES NOT deviate for anyone. I laughed at the perfume comment, I remember that.
