I have had Professor Gates for both English Literature and Grammar. She is a fair teacher, and frequently let you use the literature book for quizzes. However, she is quite old fashioned and for the final essays she would not allow any sort of outside internet sources aside from one, regardless of how relyable the source was. Decent professor.
