Even though I should have been taking an english class it felt like I was taking a nutrition class. I hardly learned anything besides that sugar is evil and that this class was a major waste of my time and money.

Very nice man. However, his teaching style was "my way or the highway" which can be hard when grading papers. He genuinely cares about his students. He's just ready to retire to be blunt. But I respect him on deep level. If you're willing to make the effort, he will assist you the rest of the way. Best of luck to future students. :) You can do it

Took English Comp I. This is a prerequisite course, and he made it super enjoyable. Most of the assignments are based off of food found in an anthology. But I found it super interesting to write about. He assigns a lot of homework but if you're willing to do it there's no problem. He does take late work even if its weeks overdue. Its an easy A.

Amazing teacher! Extremely helpful, will sit down with every student to go over assignments and fix problem areas. Easy grader. Intense work load but flexible on deadlines. Highly recommend!!

He gives you plenty of chances to get good grades. He does many writing exercises but they are very helpful. It made me a better writer. He likes things on time but great guy, very nice and tried to see if he taught ENL 102 but unfortunately he does not.

Highly reccommended, hes a great teacher, doesnt take himself or anything too seriously...hes really a great guy...you'll learn a lot in his class...although he can be strict, he is a very fair grader...read the 5 to 10 page article he gives u every day and you'll do fine...TAKE HIM!

Best teacher I've ever had. Have taken English Com 1 and 2 from him and he's amazing and greatly improved my writing. All essay's are generally 1-2 pages and he focus' on short stories/articles mostly. Highly recommended especially if you dont enjoy english/literature.

George Albert is a very dedicated professor. He gives an accurate and in-depth syllabus, is very willing to help students outside of class, and is a very motivating instructor. He grades papers strictly, but according to guidelines he fully discloses in advance. He does expect you to show up to classes, but is understanding of extenuating circumstances. If you can't pass his classes, you are doing something wrong. There should be more George Alberts in the academic world.

George Albert is amazing! He is animated and flamboyant and genuinely cares about his students. Although he tends to grade his papers somewhat strictly, he is very fair and expects college level work. I found all his lectures very interesting and I would def take another class with him!
