Dr. Crispin was my favorite teacher in high school. He made English so interesting! He allowed me to sit in on his class, and introduced me to the head of the English dept. at Rowan. He inspired me to become an English teacher. I've been teaching for 8 years now.

Funny guy. Just finished with him for the spring '08 semester. I hated the fact that it was a morning class, but the class was so easy going that I barely had to pay attention. He tells funny stories about when he was young. Funny/creepy (crispy HAHAHAH) when he talks about women. Definitely an entertaining way to earn college credit.

His class made me hate literature. He goes off on tangents constantly, usually about farming or how he knows everything about women. There are three "midterms" that he grades but doesn't mark anything on the paper, so there's no justification as to the grade you received. I would never take him again.

hes a cool guy and he makes class kind of interesting because he gets off topic and talks about the real world. I think overall hes a good professor, but its hard to get an A on the exams, especially because his A starts at 93

Crispy Crispin is that man, really nice guy, not afraid to tell it how it is, if you are an opinionated conservative definitely take him. Only deducts 0.2pts for each absence. Grade based on 3 tests and participation. Highly recommended

"Crispy Critter" Has no idea whats going on in the world outside of his farm. On most days half of the students wouldn't show up. Takes .2 pts off of your grade for each day missed, so miss 10 classes and the best grade u can get is a 98. Other than that, he just expects everyone to talk in class or their grade suffers. 3 open ended improv tests.

Crispin is an old man who can annoy many people but he makes a good point every once in a while. If you don't like reading but don't mind talking this is the class for you. He will love you if you participate. I talked in class, never read, and still did well. He is not a bad guy no matter what others say.

50 minute classes turn into 1 hour (clear your schedule for the next period) He spends half the class pushing politics and stories bout him and his 6 year old son. (the man is well into his 60s) Then he grades almost souly on attendance and tests. Tests are all open ended which is to be expected but what isnt expected is for you to be graded on whether he agrees with you or not. Good luck with this guy.

so crispin has one funny joke, when he says something and then says its "crisp" then he so hilariously adds the PEN part. LOVE IT! his class though is boring as hell! he grades out of his ass and makes up his own grading scale just b/c he can. hes ok but the CLASS SUCKS

He loves to explain something really simple and then ask for comments. Most of the time you have no idea what you are supposed to comment on. He loves to tell the same jokes over and over again. It gets annoying. But the time goes fast.
