i thought he was really easy...his exams are short and straight to the point. Do the homework and u will get an easy A. Ask questions if u dont understand something..otherwise he will leave you confused at times.

He ruined my GPA. I've been in AP math classes and top grades of my class in math always. I got him for statistics and almost failed. He is an impossible teacher... just wait for tales of fishing, fishing examples, and stories about his grandson with absolutely no meaning. He worked out problems and never finished them. Trust me, STAY FAR AWAY!

Dr. Haborak is a great guy, but his class is horrid. Gives almost nightly HW and four take-home tests (plus a take-home exam). However, the homework did not well prepare you for the tests. If you ask him anything, he will explain it, but his clarity is average. Basically, I love the guy but hate his class.

I took Haborak for Stats, and feel like some of the other comments about him are unfair. He is a great guy, and I learned a lot about Stats from him. If you want to do well in the class, go to his office hours and he will help you with the problems if you are trying. The book he uses is difficult, but he goes over it in class. Highly recommend

i love this guy. he cracks me up with all of he's stories. no attendance policy and all of the tests, and the final were take home. stat sucks though, and i dont know if its just me, but i thought it's an extremely hard class. if you have to take it though, take it with him.

I beg to differ with the high rating of this professor. First class i ever failed. The only good thing about this class is that i don't have to buy a statistics book for next semester. He is very helpful but has to be because you can't understand his teaching during class.

He is so nice. He tells a lot of boring stories that are kind of funny but he is just a nice little old man. He isnt very difficult if you come to class and is usually willing to help you out. Take him if you arent very good at math.

super nice man who loves telling funny stories. entertaining because he forgets his hearing aid and then makes jokes about it. just plain not a good teacher. half teaches and then puts new material on the test. love him, hate his class.

Really nice man. NOT a good teacher. Extremely unclear & confusing. Didn't learn anything from him but taught myself out of the book instead. Only reason I did good was b/c I had psych stats at the same time my teacher (Dr. May) was great. Very lenient.
