Comment:
While Dr. Lager gets a bad rap from some, if you are actually engaged in the class and show ANY initiative, he is more than willing to help. Yes it's a tough A, but I for one am sick of the soft standards employed by most UofL profs!

One of the worst professors I've ever had. He doesn't curve, and after a 20 point curve, there were 17 out of 40 people failing the first exam. No partial credit. I asked a question and he just asked me the question back. Terrible! Do not take.

Mapping is pretty tough, especially the trig part. I recommend working hard and showing Dr. Lager that you are trying to do well. He is really nice when you get to know him.

He was a great professor...always willing to help and liked to joke around with students. I don't think his class was necessarily all that well taught, but I did learn some things.
