I do not recommend taking this teacher if you can honestly help it. his class is rather boring and he expects you to know everything. only plus is that you can use a notecard on the exam but thats it. he lectures the whole time and its hard to follow along.

Very boring class, but it's not hard to get a good grade. Online problems sets are due every week, but you can work with other people and use your book/notes. He drops the two lowest grades too. He only gives a midterm and final, but he gets the questions off the problems sets. Not the best professor, but if you're looking for an A or B, take him.

Santopietro is the man. Great teacher, his quizzes are pretty much verbatim of the exams, overall cool guy, he reps Argentina pretty hard (where he is from). Take him if you can!

George is a pretty cool guy. Weekly quizzes can be difficult at times. Overall, he shows interest in motivating students' understanding of the subject. One time he went around the room and made each student read a paragraph from an article which seemed a little elementary and annoying. Other than that he was solid. Recommended for 105.

Great professor for ECON 105, do well on the quizzes each week and you can assure yourself at least an A or B. No attendance, but because of the amount of information you learn in class I recommend going. The one professor I actually LEARNED something from while he was lecturing.

He's kind of strange and talks a little wierd and class is really boring but it could be worse. You don't have to go to class but sometimes you get extra credit so I would go. Every single question in the tests are from the problems sets you do online so study those!

Not the greatest teacher. Asks dumb questions and will wait until someone answers them. Boring lectures. Internet homework assignments. Does not explain things very well. Going to class does not help that much, but you should go. Not my first choice teacher, but it could be worse.

He is a horrible teacher, makes "jokes" in class and asks stupid questions. Talks about argentinaaaah alot, likes to enunciate and hold on long to ending of words. Fell asleep everyday in his class. The homework is hard and then he says it will be on the tests but its not. The tests are hard even if you study for it. DO NOT TAKE HIM!!

Dr. Santopietro is a horrible teacher. He will ask you questions in class and pretty much tell you that you have a dumb answer no matter what! The homework is hard and does not relate to the material in class or in the book. The tests are hard and include too much information that he does not go over. I advise you not to take this class.

Hes not a bad teacher, and his class is pretty easy, all the exams are based off the homework, so if you just do that and study it your fine. But beware, i got sick in his class and missed an exam, even with a doctors note he still gave me hell for it, but after a while he caved, so it worked out.

Dr. Santopietro is very intelligent.The lectures can be fun.He uses alot of websites and innovative ways to present the material. What other teachers take the time to do that? He is helpful, but dont ask the same question twice or something in the book, he'll call you on it. Its Econ so yes there is some math and graphs, but it could be worse. :)

Classes are boring, but go when he hand back the homeworks and takes them up. Study those, and boom, you've Aced the test. It's really not a hard class, he's not very helpful, but in a class where he basically gives you the test before hand, what do you expect?

Exams are straight from the assigned work, pretty hard to fail them. My advice, go to class on the days he goes over the hws and the day he collects them; I never went to a Friday lecture. Pretty funny lecturing antics, fun guy to watch.
