Very good at presenting the material clearly. You will learn a lot. BUT, don't expect a good grade, no matter how much you learn. His tests are impossibly long. There's something to be said when not one person finishes any of them. Will humiliate you at all costs. Treats students horribly, as if to make up for some bad experience of his own.

Dr. Miller will help you cleanly slice through the flummery. My suggestion is to devour every morsel. One of the best professors I've ever had. If you take a course with him, be prepared to put in some solid effort (after all, he can cut through the crap too).

Great Professor. I was actually afraid to walk into class if I did not read the book the night before. Made me learn on my own, gave me a few pointers on the way. His tests are difficults, but not impossible. If you trully understand the material, you will do fine. You cant be mostly positive about your answers, it's either positive or nothing.

GPA Buster. In order to get the rare A from him you better be the best of the best. Great sence of humor. Basically he gives you as much, if not more, as you do. If you work hard you will pass but more importantly...you will learn something, if not a lot.

Terrible teacher, i didn't learn a thing from him. He embarasses students whenever he gets the chance and is unfair with his exams and random pop quizes. He does pressure the students to learn the material and therefore i learned a lot about the subject. He does have a great interest in the subject and is a smart guy, but ruthless.

Guy is an idiot. He can't teach that's why he calls himself the facilitator. He is never clear in class when you ask a question he degrades you infront of the whole class. HE makes the subject way harder than it is. Best way to pass is go to class read NIU star and read the book at your time.
