This course requires a lot of time to do well in, and Professor Mueller certainly looks out for his students along the way. He is funny, caring, and compassionate. He provides tools and resources for his students to succeed. He grades fairly and logically, and truly makes the subject easy to comprehend.

He truly cares about his students and wants you do succeed. He is always willing to work with you and make sure you understand the topics. He gives lots of hand outs and makes it easy to understand. Highly recommend him as a professor.

Comment:

Professor Mueller made a hard class passable. I took it over the summer which was a short 10 week class and it was very hard. Calculus isn't an easy subject to teach and he made it easy. TAKE HIM IF YOU CAN, he is the dept. chair and he loves to see his students pass. He will work with you if you put in the effort.

Let me start off by saying this wasn't an easy class and a lot of effort was needed! He definitely helped myself and everyone else in the class every step of the way. He was very nice and lenient when it came to our grades. He gives you exactly what you need for the quizzes and the exams. I would love to take him again! I definitely recommend!

The best math teacher i have ever seen. He cares about his class very much. He will go over all the problems until everyone in the class have a clear understanding of the subject. He makes math fun. Exams and quizzes are exactly what he explains in class. do what he tells you to do, and you will get A+ guaranteed.

I was a CSCC for a few years and this is my favorite teacher. He teaches the material and the exams aren't meant to try and trip you up. Sometimes you are given 5 problems, but you chose 2 or 3 you want to attempt for credit. I highly recommend.

Great teacher! He likes to move at a fast pace, but is not anything very hard. My review may be bias since I am a math major, but I thought he was extremely lenient on grading as well did the rest of the class. No homework. 3 exams + final. Exams aren't easy if you don't study, which I didn't though. 5 Quizzes, drops one. Loves math jokes...

Excellent teacher. He made calculus seem more straight forward than other teachers, and usually incorporated some math jokes in his lessons, which I always like. Do the suggested homework, and you'll be good. The only bad thing was that I think we ran out of time towards the end of the semester, so the last 2 topics got a bit crammed and messy.

Mr. Mueller is a very good teacher. Teaches calculus at a level that is understandable. I came late to class almost everyday. I would suggest getting the manual for the calc book since that will help out a lot. Does not give study guides, but if you do the review in the book with the manual you should do good on the test. I received an "A". SocanU!

Such a nice guy! Great teacher, genuinely concerned about his students. I would recommend him to anyone!! Tests were not easy but not extremely difficult. He gives you all the tools you need to do well- it is up to you to put in the work.

Prof Mueller radiates mathematics in such a way that it is easy for laymen to pick up. He is always available for office hours and is always there for his students. All you have to do is ask if you have questions. He is very approachable and is comical in class at times. Prof Mueller is Awesome!
