This woman knows how to appropriately run a class. She is always willing to give the student the benefit of the doubt. She wants students to succeed and if they don't, that is on them. She's very witty and is always looking for thoughts from the students. Only down side, too much group work. Arguably my favorite NIACC instructor.

I took Native American Lit with her. She is a very nice lady and has a true passion for what she teaches. If you are interested in this stuff you will love it... if not, it can be very boring. But very easy A - just go to class and write a few papers.

I have taken all of her classes and greatly enjoy her teaching. She doesn't lecture the whole time, instead the class has group discusion and students get into it.

booooooooring. well ok she loves indians but I watch the clock the whole time. plus i missed class for a very good reasons a few times and she said there was no assignment and all they were going to do in class is travel places in their head... WRONG! and she never got me the assignment to make up even though I asked her a billion times. she never remembers my name. what a loon.
