One class with gigi isn't bad. Take more and you'll be hearing the same stories over n over without actually learning anything. She seemed to be out dated and forgetfull. Her assignments changed constantly and so did the requirements. Most of class time is wasted listening to her talk about nothing. Boring. Useless for learning.

If you want an A, plan on a lot of butt-kissing. She makes up her mind whether she likes you or not the first week of class, and your entire grade will reflect that. She rambles and says nothing of substance but makes attendance mandatory. She just showed pictures with no explanations. I learned more from the book and other students.

She gives no feedback, she just puts everyone's projects on the wall and says "I like that one." She told the same three stories almost every single class period. Expects you to read her mind, never tells you grades. You have no clue if you're going to pass or not. I got an A and I'm still avoiding her if I can. Learned NOTHING for my career!

Gigi is very nice, but teaches NOTHING. Hope that you don't a student in the class that already knows interior design and is really good at it because your grade will be based off of the best student in the class. Gigi doesn't actually teach, just talks, dont plan on learning anything.

Very terrible teacher! She criticizes students instead of critiquing them. Her homework assignments leave you confused and her lectures have you wondering what just happened. Most of her lectures are not related to the class. 99% of her jokes are lame and repetitive. If you can avoid her do so.

she tells great stories but does not teach anything and then expects you to know things on a test. she also thinks that you can read her mind and will expect things on a project that were never addressed in class. i feel like i have wasted my time and money in her classes! she is okay in the begining classes but not anything higher than DES 111
