The one paper we had all semester was painful, but at least it was just one paper. She should really pick a different documentary for us to write the paper on. The tests are extremely easy, you get a copy of the test a week before the actual exam! If it wasn't for that awful paper I would have had an A!

She is animated and detailed. takes time to make sure everyone understands the material. She grades pretty harsh on your final paper.

I enjoyed her class, but not her as a person. I very rarely talked in class, but when I did, I was rewarded with her whacking her pointer stick on my desk and telling me to pay attention. Not really necessary in a room full of adults, in my opinion. If you talk, it's your loss, anyway. Fortunate part is she could handle a crisis when it occured.

Dr. Hurley is a great teacher, very funny and detailed. Her syllabus is crystal clear and her course load is very fair. Dr. Hurley makes it extremely easy and enjoyable to pass her class with an A, as long as your willing to do your work.

One of the best teachers I had at 4Cs. She knows her stuff and was very good at providing a safe and supportive classroom for everyone. You have to do the work, but I learned a lot!
