She is really nice. She tells a lot of stories about her and her family. She is very outspoken. She can get off topic at times but I didn't mind. She does ask for homework which is fairly easy. The tests were kind of hard... If you love Psychology then take her class. You will enjoy your time with her. :)

If you're taking psychology..take her! she's funny and tells lots of stories but stays on topic so it keeps class interesting and you're still learning everything as well. The tests are hard but as long as you do the reading you should be fine. I didn't do much reading and got a C in the class. Only homework we got were crossword puzzles.

Easy class! She makes it interesting and the powerpoints are pretty much the test. She gives out a study guide. If you study that, you will get an A or a B on the exams. She was my absolute favorite teacher at CSUF and if I get the chance to have her again, I will take it. Great teacher.

Great teacher! Her class is a bit of a challenge, but my advice: pay attention in class and study well for exams to do great in this class. There are two papers to write (do not panic; they are fairly easy). Her teaching style is at the level where students are able to understand, and she does her best to keep the class interested. I recommend her!

i loved her class! she's a great professor! she really knows her stuff, and truly cares about students input on the subjects being covered. read the book and do the study guides! and for the essays, have her proof read it, it really helps out! other than that the class is really easy! one of my favorite classes of the semester! :D

Take her class! She is very interesting professor, her lectures sometimes go off on a tangent but she relates them to the chapter. I would take her class again if I had the chance. She was very motivational and inspiring in the field of psychology. Always told amazing stories and was a fun professor which made me want to go to lecture.

Absolutely love this professor. You learn things through Mintzlaff that you could use for the rest of your life. Very nonjudgmental and always in a good mood. Lectures go off on a tangent, however all you really need to do to pass the class is to follow through with the textbook readings.

best professor at CSUF!!! Her class was so much fun. she keeps you very entertained during lecture so it wasn't boring at all! she takes an interest in her students and really cares. tests aren't hard as long as you read your notes and ask for examples! she gives alot of examples in class so make sure you go! i never read the book and got an A.

A lil' tip: get hold of the textbook's website and "practice test" yourself. The tests can be hard, but Ginny is an inspiration!! She knows her stuff: she runs a private practice, she's lived through abuse, she's worked with hospital and school cases. Definitely take her even if you're doubting how difficult exams may be. :)Believe me!!
