She doesn't know how to use a computer so don't email her your assignment and expect a grade or a reply. The class averaged a 54% on the midterm exam, after that she allowed open note and open book. Gave extra credit for printing her lectures.

This professor is absolutely horrible at presenting material. She is extremely biased towards certain races and genders. The class is easy, and it is easy to get a good grade, but sitting through the classes are terrible. Half the time I was in class it was spent trying to comprehend what she was saying or what she had typed. DO NOT SUGGEST HER!!!!

I love Dr. Jones Johnson! She tells it like it is and makes it very easy for you to get an A, as long as you go to class to get extra credit and actually try a little. I hope that I get to take another class with her.

She is hirlarious! Although she tends to trail off on her own stories, she is very helpful and she gives out a lot of extra credit on attendance and different activities, so make sure you go to class often!

She is very disorganized. She also said things in class that I wasn't sure were absolutely true. She is kind of like one of those crazy ladies who is so passionate about something that she loses sight on the facts. Grading is not clear at all, but the class is still pretty easy especially if you have taken other soc classes. Just do all the work.

Test material is directly from class notes and from terminology/concept definition and analysis assignments. Unfortunately, very little of it is actually covered in class. Often, class was useless as it didn't relate to my grade very much. Discussions were always interesting and provoking, both emotionally and cognitively. Quite passionate teacher!

Intimidating nature lol, Passionate about class, but EXTREMELY unlcear and confusing. Going to class is a waste except for the extra credit, which is based on poitns, but she only says that she looks at your "points" and adjusts it, but never says exactly what these "points" are worth lol just arbitrary "points"

The instructor had a lot of knowledge about the subject, and did a good job demonstrating it to the students.. the only thing that really sucked about it though is the notes that she put in reserve, they were very bad quality and waste of paper..

Class is basically a waste of time, but easy. Her overheads in lecture are insanely small and thus pointless. She seems to lack a lot of knowledge about modern society and pop culture, it's funny though. Not necessarily *bad*, but not recommended.
