Comment:

I really enjoyed this class. He was a funny guy and made it interesting. Although attendance was not required, he tests on things specifically discussed in class so if you show up and take notes, you should do fine. We read three novels, all of which were good reads, but he tested on as well.

LOVE HIM. He's funny in a dorky kind of way and is always excited about class. He gives participation points in several ways, so as a person who spoke up in class maybe once, I could still get my points with online discussion. He always has extra credit and review sessions before tests. One of the most engaged and happy psych professors I've had.

Very funny, easy exams, clear lectures. He shows a lot of movies which are semi-helpful but dont tune out because he will test you on it later. Have three or four questions on every test about what we were supposed to be reading in the textbook. Tests heavily on what we read in the novel that week. Highly recommend.

Dr. Atlas was single handedly respnsible for me continuing my education through the doctoral level. Not only did his knowledge and enthusiasm for the field reveal itself through his calsses, his demeanor was inviting and a template for how I teach my own graduate students.

Atlas is defiantly one of my favorite professors. He's a great guy, loves what he teaches and makes class really worth going to. He is going to be my mentor whether he knows it or not haha. I wish I could take every single class he teaches.

i thought he moves way to much. There was way too much work to do in this class. I didnt like the way he taught this class at all. I bleieve it would have been better if it was shorter and someone else taught it. His corny jokes were often a huge turn off. haha.
