He's got a strong Romanian accent, but if you need anything repeated he is more than willing, he has a good sense of human, and is good at getting the classes opinions and debating, there is an easy mid term if you study the notes from lectures, one easy research paper and the final, it's an easy A if you show up.

He has been my favorite teacher at Butte! His class was fun if you like to have debates, he asks the majority of the class their opinions about the topic and starts discussions. Alot of note taking but only 2 tests and 1 term paper which you get to pick the topic. I highly recommend him

This is my best teacher all semester. He's funny & helpful. The class is cake but you also actually learn. Only 2 easy tests, notes on daily lectures & an easy research paper that he gives you over a month to do! Easy, stress free class. I recommend it highly!! He does have an accent thats hard to understand but he knows and will repeat anything.

Very good man, teaches facts, not opinions and encourages discussion - is very open to different ideas than his own. Very practical in his polictical ideas. His European viewpoint gives him a broader and clearer look at our country and its politics in comparison to the world. Someone who is very bad at accents might have problems in lecture, but he is very aware of his pronunciation and will clarify and repeat things if you don't understand. Very helpfull, highly recommend him to anyone taking gov classes.

This guy made me want to become a politician. He knows more than any American about our govt, but lived in Romainia most of his life. He is so passionate about what he does, it kills me to hear anyone say anything bad about him. I wish I could contact him

For having been born and raised in Romania for 20 some years this guy is extremely intelligent about the US govt and probably knows more than 90% of americans on the subject. Only 2 tests, all on lecture material. Take close notes and you'll do fine.
