Prof. Morrill is the MAN; his teaching style makes you like the subject. He is always there to assist his students whenever they stop by. The key to do well is to always be in class, if you miss once its a little hard to catch up. Done or not, submit whatever lab you have on hands on time, and you can ask questions on what you have left.

Comment:

Morrill is an excellent professor for CS111. Having taken CS classes in the past, I coasted to an A-, but I found that ppl who had never taken CS before did fairly well in his class. He explains everything clearly and grades fairly/consistantly. Labs can be difficult, but never/rarely overwhelming. Highly recommended.

Excellent teacher, very helpful and easy to get along with. Covers lab and test topics very well during class periods, and makes an effort to make sure everyone understands. Labs will often spill out beyond the scheduled lab time, and become very difficult towards the end.

Intro to Computing, great class! Morrill is patient and always reviews matieral. His exams are much like HS tests, but I think that its necessary in what you are studying. I learned a ton in this class, that I still use today.

A good guy, real easy going. Don't take graphics though, its way to much work for such a boring class. Way to much programing and most of it is a waste of time: ie. re-implementing things that are already used in all graphics librarys

One of the better CS profs, pretty interesting while not being too difficult. Tests are predictable and easy if you study a little (unlike certain others *cough*Trono*cough*). Graphics is highly recommended for majors.
