G was the best teacher I had at RDC. His classes were incredibly engaging and he was always willing to talk it out with you or lend you a book to help with an essay. He is incredibly passionate and made me fall in love with Philosophy, it's my major now! I attended most of his Philosopher's Cafes and they were always relevant and a lot of fun.

Guillermo was an awesome instructor for a first year philosophy class. He uses relevant examples to make dry class content interesting. Don't expect to pass this class without putting in any effort. He marks hard, but he marks fair. Very approachable.

Guillermo is an institution at RDC. How many of us young Phil geek kids still carry our texts around with us in life 100 taking courses from Guillermo changed my outlook on life. I pattern my ethic as an academic after him. Better goatee than Iron-Man as well.

Have fun with this class if your in the BA Program. Not. He is so unorganized and does not give clear expectations on any assignments. Also, be sure not to text in class because he will surely call you out on it ;)

Very rude and not willing to listen to questions. Gave clear marking expectations on some projects and nothing on others. Giving you no chance to argue a low grade. Did not enjoy his class

Most unorganized teacher I have ever had and he seems to think that its the students fault. They don't know how to teach to B.A Students as the way we think and the way they think are completely different and because we don't think the way he does we are wrong. He is extremely pretentious as well and even leaves class early daily to go to Tims

G is pretty fantastic when it comes to philosophy. I didn't care much for the class to start then he made it rather fun to delve into the world of philosophy. Some questions one never thinks about G was quick to bring up. The readings can be hard to understand but in the end they contribute to the arguments and questions! Guillermo Rocks!

Guillermo is the best instructor I've ever had. I've moved on from RDC but I had to come back and give him a rating. He'll challenge you, make you think, engage you and get you to check your assumptions with out beating you over the head with his opinion. His classes are about learning, not about grades. He's rare, take his classes.
