the greatest teacher for spanish, very nice just demands for students to attend to his class and do homework and do not be late for his class or he will be picking on you, but overall he is awesome. He is very easy and his exams are also easy just need to study your notes and remember info he gives you.

I loved taking his class! Professor Villareal is a really outgoing guy who not only makes spanish fun, he teaches very well. The only negative I have to say is that he is strict when it comes to attendance. Otherwise I highly recommend him.

This teacher is COOL. He makes you learn spanish and you will retain the material. Doesn't put you on spot. Very funny person. He will pick on you just to make sure you get the material if you don't he will tell you what to say. Very nice guy easy grader test are easy if you do the workbook. HE LOVES TO DRINK AND DANCE. He also loves SPAIN.

My mentality coming in Spanish was to learn vocabulary and verbs as much as I can. That actually worked out for the better as I got an "A" when I thought I had a "B" for sure. I half-azzed the HW at the end and knew I got a "B" in the final but I got an "A" overall. Real nice guy -- great teacher and sometimes funny -- very helpful too!

This is the first time that I ever took a Spanish class and actually learned and retained the material(I had taken 3 years in high school). He is very entertaining and makes it easy for you to learn as well as understand the material. He doesn't put you on the spot-he just wants you to practice using the language to understand it better.

I could not have taken this class with a better professor. I know because I tried. I was scared to death to take this class again, but I am so glad I got to have him as a professor. I would recommend him to anyone who is scared to take spanish, or anyone who needs to take it. He does not expect you to know spanish before taking his class.

Teacher is a real hater. If you dont want to be put on the spot and embarressed stay clear!!! The lab hours are completly lame if you dont do 2 every chapter you dont get credit. Meaning you have to go like once a week. Not all when you want to. Pretty Dumb.
