Comment:

Sadly, worst prof Ive thus far had in law school. Very boring and unclear teacher, and sometimes not a nice person. Cancelled many classes, exam grading arguably arbitrary. Many in our class signed petition complaining about her inadequacies! Teaching style is to read her underlines out of her book. I hope she seeks help with her teaching problems.

Comment:

Extremely boring and ineffective teaching style. She simply reads aloud from the textbook. Complete lack of any engaging class discussion. Did allow 10 pages of notes for final, which was essay. Painful to sit through, but easy to do well on exam. Avoid if you can.

She calls on a person in class & then goes down the row from there so the rest of the class knows they won't be called on. She is very dull, but she seems to know the subject very well. Her exam was essay & you could bring in 10 (1 sided) pages of notes. Although the class was incredibly boring, she is very nice.

Cons: If you need an engaging prof. this is NOT the class for you. I have no idea what she's talking about. Pros: She doesn't call on students and you can make it by if you buy the Gilberts supplements.

Unbelievably Boring! How anyone could think spending an entire two hour class discussing one case is a good idea is beyond me. The final was VERY long and involved.

I really enjoyed her class. She goes over the material carefully. And she has a good sense of humor.
