Still baffled after taking this class. Struggled to pay attention. Very boring. Had a 3 hour night class, always kept up to the last minute if not after. Developed such a negative attitude towards the class. Definitly deserved a D. Ended up with a B...God bless his curve.

Kaplowitz is fantastic. He is very thorough in his lectures so make sure to take good notes. He lets you take make-up exams if you miss them and his tests are based off the summary questions at the end of each chapter. Very good professor, loved the class!

I thought this class was pretty challenging but I was saved by the curve. I didn't get much out of the class which is a shame. I lost all interest in studying psychology because of this class. If you don't have to take him I reccomend you don't. I wound up with a good grade but it took wayy too much work for a 1000 course.

This professor is an absolute sweetheart. He is very understanding if you miss an exam and will give you a makeup. He is very thorough and does a good job of explaining things...if you have any questions before, during or after class he is ready to help..dont miss more than 3 classes i think, take class notes and outline chapter in book & your good

He is a phenominal teacher. If every teacher had the compassion he had, it would give students something to look forward to. Do not get me wrong, you have to study to do good in his class. I mean study there is alot of information but it is worth it. He stays after class to assist you in any matter and takes personal issues into consideration.

Dr.Kaplowitz is extremely intelligent and knowledgable about the subject. His tests are 60% lecture and 40% textbook and you must read the chapters in the textbook. He stays after class for questions and is extremely impartial to all of his students. He is a great professor and I wish more teachers had his compassion for teaching as he does. A+
