Comment:

Not the most organized professor I've had. She never knows what she wants, doesn't know how to properly manage class time, and she will only give you a good grade if she personally likes your work and if you made necessary adjustments to her liking. However she does give helpful critiques, even though they take up more time than they should.

Worst teacher I've ever had. I got very sick in the middle of the semester and was in the hospital for 2 weeks, and she didn't believe me even when we sent official documents..made me do additional work on top of what I'd missed because I'd "missed so much class." I had to show her pictures of me incapacitated for her to believe me. Don't take her!

Inconsistent grading. If she liked you at the beginning of the year, you passed. If not, you struggled to scrape by. Seemed unable to understand student questions, especially about project requirements. Had her for art concepts 1, seriously regret. Gave us the wrong isbn initially and was confused why we didn't respond to the sections she assigned.

She tries to be profound and your best friend, but can't for the life of her be a solid teacher. She never knows what she wants and talks around questions. She's honest, over and over again and if your project doesnt have all Hanna's ideas and opinions, your grade will suffer and she will say just that "Its my opinion, I guess, but I'm grading it."

She is a very difficult professor! I am not an art major but I love art as a hobby so i decided to take the class to see if I could pick up a new art technique or something. 1. You must buy your own art supplies (i spent over $115 and we used less than half of the supplies) 2. she is contradictory, 3. highly unorganized. Don't take her class!

She expects way too much to be done in the time given. You will be up til 2 AM every night doing her assignments, I promise. Shes not helpful, and only judges your work based on her own opinion of it. If she doesn't like it, you're done. Grading is so harsh. I honestly recommend not taking this class with her, you'll hate your life.

I had Hanna for 4 different classes and really enjoyed it. She is a little crazy but she's fun. I thought she explained all the assignments very well and had helpful critiques. I would definitely recommend her classes

Okay teacher, this is my second semester with her. if you do you're work you'll be fine. she tends to change projects completely days before it is due. doesn't like absences, a girl in my class is pregnant, she had an appointment, when hanna found out she was pregnant she says, "oh, is that a good thing or a bad thing? should i be happy?"...wow

I had her for two semesters....I'm glad it's over. I had several deaths happen while taking her classes and she just didn't seem to understand and help me work with what I had been dealt with....she was a bit distant. As a teacher shes technically fine... but her student to teacher relationship skills are a bit questionable

She is probably the most unfair and heartless person I've ever met. For some reason she doesn't understand things that happen aren't your fault. She is an ignorant person. She made me hate drawing. No wonder so many people drop her classes. Myslef, for instance, has dropped and will never ever take a class with her again. I would rather be in school for 5 extra years to take this class with someone else, than have to listen to her again. Plus her assignments are the worst!! DONT TAKE ANY OF HER CLASSES!!!!
